The
2010 Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Summer Intensive
will be held at the Executive Hotel Pacific Seattle, which
is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Seattle! It
is situated at 400 Spring Street, Seattle, WA 98104, across
the street from the Public Library and right next door to
the W Hotel. We have secured a special group room rate and
reserved a block of rooms again for this year’s program.
Please note that spaces are limited!
You must reserve early to guarantee a hotel reservation.
Hotel rooms for Summer Program participants cost $149.00
plus tax per Standard King or two-bedded Double/Double occupancy
per night. These are great rates. To obtain our special
group rate, you must book your accommodation choice when
registering for the Summer Intensive Program through our
web site. First come, first served for the rate which we
are able to offer until June 1st, 2010. Seattle’s
hotel rooms sell out during the most desirable months of
July and August, so if you wish to arrive early or stay
later, please register as soon as possible so we can confirm
that we are able to secure your extended stay dates.
Please indicate your check-in and check-out dates when you
register for the program. If you share a room with another
program participant, your pre-tax cost will be $74.50 per
night. Please indicate your preference to have us pair you
up with a roommate, and although we cannot guarantee roommate
availability, we will make every effort to locate one for
you. The system has worked well in years past.
For students who elect to stay at the hotel, additional
information will be communicated once we receive your requests.
Hotel Information
For more information regarding the Executive Hotel Pacific
Seattle, please visit www.ExecutiveHotels.net, but PLEASE
REMEMBER all rooms must be reserved through the Pacific
Northwest Film Scoring Program Web site, rather than directly
with the hotel. Thank you! Please note the hotel is a non-smoking
hotel, with complimentary wireless internet available throughout.
Parking is available at $21.00 for 24 hour self-park, and
$27.00 for hotel valet parking. For students who commute
daily, the less expensive option is to park in the Olympic
Parking Garage off the Madison Street Exit. It has entrances
on Seneca and on Spring Streets. From the Madison Street
Exit, proceed to the light; take a left to 6th Street (the
next light). At 6th, take a right and proceed just a few
blocks to Seneca Street and turn left—stay in the
left lane (Seneca is one-way heading west). The Olympic
Parking Garage is directly across from the Fairmont Olympic
Hotel. Our hotel is just around the corner on 4th and Spring.
There is an early bird rate if you arrive before 9:30am.
